Saunagus is a type of aromatherapy practiced in a sauna. A Gusmester mixes water with essential oils and pours them on the hot stones. Then, the Gusmester will circulate the combined vapors by swinging a towel or a fan. This creates a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. We call this the “heavy meditation”.
A Saunagus session takes around 75 minutes, including breaks. It is split into 3 parts of 12 minutes each, with 8 minute breaks in between.
Sauna 85 uses only essential oils and strives to mix the perfect combination of scents. We also use music during our Saunagus, to create the best possible experience.

1 Breathwork ticket: 150 DKK
5 clip voucher: 800 DKK
10 clip voucher: 1500 DKK
The voucher can be used to both Saunagus and Breathwork
Remember to bring a towel, something to drink and slippers :)
